Remember that acceptance is only the first step to transforming our unwanted habits of thought and/or emotion. Today, for the entire day, I will just accept things, people etc. that come along my way. I will practice this consciously and practically. Then, I will start noticing how the chatter of the mind will stop instantly from the thoughts of judgment, jealousy and dislike. This gives me an experience of lightness and freedom from waste thoughts.
