Acceptance means that I become like the gently flowing river and flow with peace through the situations and relationships of my life. This ability to flow can only come when I allow everyone and everything to be as it is. And I can only allow this when I cultivate my peace and wellbeing from within instead of demanding it from outside. Today I will stay centered in my peace. I will breathe deeply, relax and smile as I allow life to be as it is.
