Deepest Respect

A traditional Indian greeting is to hold both plams together in fornt of you, as if in prayer, and greet or say farewell to someone by speaking the word namaste, meaning: “I bow to light within you.” It is a gesture of the deepest respect. Use it whenever you feel that the customary salutations are inadequate to express your regard.
