Staying centered in my peace !

Spotlight Values : June 3, 2011 8:49 pm : Acceptance

Acceptance means that I become like the gently flowing river and flow with peace through the situations and relationships of my life. This ability to flow can only come when I allow everyone and everything to be as it is. And I can only allow this when I cultivate my peace and wellbeing from within instead of demanding it from outside. Today I will stay centered in my peace. I will breathe deeply, relax and smile as I allow life to be as it is. Share your comments

Embracing life with acceptance !

Spotlight Values : June 2, 2011 7:28 am : Acceptance

The moment we accept everyone and everything as we find them, without any resistance, is the moment that my power of love is able to embrace life in its totality, as it is. That alone is quite a challenge for many of us as we have a tendency to spend too much time and energy in our minds judging others, controlling others and trying to ‘fix’ them. Today I will encourage and empower myself and others with the power of acceptance. Share your comments

Acceptance is the way !

Spotlight Values : June 1, 2011 10:50 am : Acceptance

Acceptance does not mean that you agree or disregard. It just means that I recognize what’s done is done, I don’t lose my calm and I am able to look forwards not backwards, be proactive not reactive and begin to contribute positive ideas not negative comments. Today I will learn to accept everything the way it is!Share your comments
